Frequently Asked Questions
There is a 10.5 month season from 1st March to 14th January.
No, it is for recreational use only and cannot be your main residence. You can stay for up to 60 days in any three month period.
Your holiday home cannot be let out, however family members can use it with your permission and we should be made aware via registration at the office.

There are annual pitch fees payable (currently £3,326 inc VAT for exclusive Holiday Homes 2019/20). Other bills are dependent on usage e.g. water, electricity and gas. You will also have to insure your Holiday Home and you should consider budgeting for winterising your holiday home (protecting it against the cold when not in use) and any ongoing repairs and maintenance.
Pitch fees are reviewed annually and depend on a number of factors such as recent investment in the park and the facilities, regulatory changes & taxation and changes in the cost of living, amongst other things. Historically these increases have been between 3% and 4.5% per annum.
A new Holiday Home can remain on the park for up to 20 years from manufacture.
